Shipping & Delivery
JAPAN STANDARD DELIVERIES:
Orders are typically dispatched on the same day provided the order is completed before 12:00pm, payment has been confirmed and stock is available in our warehouse. Orders completed after 12:00pm are dispatched the next business day (Mon-Fri).
Some of our items are occasionally shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse which may have an impact on dispatch and delivery times. In this case, we will advise you by email and await your acceptance of a delay before proceeding. You may cancel the order at this time.
Please note, dispatch timeframes are a guide and are subject to change in sale & peak periods.
DELIVERY DURATION & TIME:
Orders are dispatched using Yamato JAPAN. After dispatch the items are delivered the next day to all regions of Japan excluding the following which take two days after dispatch.
- Hokkaido
- Chugoku
- Shikoku
- Kyushu
- Okinawa
Delivery Date and Time may be requested (Japanese Language only). We will contact you by email for your response if there is potential difficulty in meeting your requested date and or time.
SHIPPING RATES:
Free delivery for orders of 5,000 yen (incl. tax) or more (excludes Okinawa & remote islands)
Free delivery for orders of 10,000 yen (incl tax) or more for Okinawa & remote islands.
For orders less than ¥5,000 & ¥10,000 respectively, the following delivery charges apply:
- Within Japan (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa): 650 yen (incl. tax)
- Hokkaido: 1,200 yen (incl. tax)
- Okinawa: 1,800 yen (incl. tax)
If the total of the three packing dimensions (width + depth + height) is 160 cm or more, an additional fee may be charged. In this case, we will contact you by email for your response.
For oversized products or products on promotion, these prices may vary. The actual price will be provided at checkout.
If the parcel needs to be re-delivered or returned due to your absence, or if you request that the parcel be forwarded to an alternative address, an additional charge may be incurred.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within Japan.
However, stay tuned as we are anticipating shipping to some International countries very soon.
Has my order shipped?
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information to the email address you provided on your order.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

I want to change my scheduled delivery time. Is this possible?
If the order has not dispatched yet, please send an email to below and state your order number. We will update the requested date/time if possible for you.
If the order has been dispatched, then you will need to contact Yamato directly and use your tracking number.
I wasn't home to receive my order. Can I reschedule?
Yamato should leave a notice that delivery was not possible with instructions on how to reschedule. Please use this information to reschedule the delivery.
If no notice was received, then please contact Yamato directly and quote your tracking number to organize re-delivery.
My order is showing as delivered but I have not received it.

Can I return the order?
Products can be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days.
